Posh Picnics will do all the heavy lifting - literally. We will deliver and set up your picnic at the location of your choice, including table, rug, pillows and blankets, decorations, and water (see packages for the full list of everything included in the standard picnic). Additional add-ons are available!
Standard packages allow you to experience your picnic set up for two hours. Additional time is available upon request.
Once you are finished with your picnic, we have you covered! Posh Picnics will come clean and pick everything up. You don't have to worry about a thing!
What is included in a Posh Picnic?
The standard picnic packages include: table, rug, pillows and blankets, table runner, table decorations, serving tray, ice bucket with ice, water pitcher, place setting for each guest (water glass, wine or champagne glass, plate stack, silverware, linen napkin), place card personalized for each guest, Bluetooth speaker and wine opener.
How do I book a Posh Picnic?
Click on the Book Now! button at the top of your screen and complete the booking form.
How long do I get my picnic for?
The standard picnic length is two hours. If you would like to add additional time, you certainly can! Each additional 30 minutes is $25 dollars.
How far in advance do I need to book my picnic?
We ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice to make sure we can create the most magnificent picnic possible! If your desired date is within 72 hours, still send us a request and we will do our best to make it happen.
What if I have to cancel my picnic?
Life happens, and we totally understand! Your picnic is always transferrable to a new date or location at no charge. If you have to cancel your picnic, here is our policy:
48 hours notice: no charge
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% charge
No show: Full charge
Can I add food and drinks to my picnic?
Posh Picnics does not currently offer any food or drink packages for our picnics. You are welcome to have food and drinks delivered to the picnic spot, or bring anything you would like with you!
If you are planning the picnic as a surprise, we can work together on delivery and set-up of the food you want to have at the picnic.
Can I have alcohol at my picnic?
Posh Picnics does not provide alcohol as part of our packages. However, if the location you choose allows alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own! Please check the guidelines of the location you choose.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We love furry friends. As long as pets are allowed at the location you choose, we welcome pets. We also have a pet package you can add-on to your picnic with some treats for your pups!
Where can I have my picnic?
Posh Picnics can deliver and set-up picnics in Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding communities. Any picnic locations outside the greater Reno/Sparks area will be charged a travel fee. Most pubic parks and beaches are perfect for a picnic. We can also set-up in your front or backyard.
We ask that picnic locations be no further than 50 yards from vehicle access. Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
When the weather turns cold, we can even set-up your picnic inside your home or business!
What happens if the weather is bad on my picnic day?
We know that northern Nevada weather can vary from day to day. If your picnic date arrives and the weather is poor, you have a few options. We can always move your picnic set-up indoors to your home, garage, or office. If you want to move your picnic to another date, your payment will be fully transferrable. If you choose to cancel, there will be a 50% charge.
What if something happens to the picnic set-up?
Clean up is part of the picnic package. If damage occurs to any of the equipment or anything is missing, additional fees may apply.
